offer? |

A:
We offer a fully-furnished room with an
attached bathroom and balcony. The size
of the room is 176 sq ft
(16' x 11') while the size of the
bathroom is 49 sq ft (9' x 5'6") and the
balcony is sized 96 sq ft (12'6" x 8').
The furniture for a double occupancy
room includes:
The room will be fitted with basic
fixtures, such as two tube lights, two
fans, a night lamp, a telephone
instrument to make intercom (within the
building) calls, a push bell to call the
office / reception for help, two plug
points (one of 5Amp and one of 15Amp), a
room cooler and a speaker connected to
the public address system.
We will also provide soft furnishings,
such as curtains, bed linen, a door mat,
and so on.

Q: What dining
facilities do you offer? |
| A: All your meals
will be provided for, in a common dining
area. We shall not offer room service
except in certain exceptions.

Q: What sort of
meals can I expect? |

A:
We offer the following meal plan:
The meal plan may be modified to suit
the personal health needs of occupants.
Occupants will also be offered
facilities like laundry, a desert cooler
in every room, and hot and cold running
water. |

Q: Do you offer
air-conditioning / heaters / TV /
fridges in individual rooms? |
| A: Although
air-conditioning, heaters, TVs, fridges
are not part of our standard room, we
offer these facilities on request.
However, occupants would have to pay
extra to have air-conditioning fitted in
their rooms, or bring / procure their
own room heaters/ TV / fridge for their
room. In addition, occupants will also
have to pay the actual monthly
electricity charges to run these
appliances. |

Q: What
recreational facilities do you offer? |
A: The
building includes:
- A library
stocked with books, periodicals and
newspapers, as well as computer /
Internet connectivity.
- A room for
indoor games, such as table tennis.
- A common
TV room.
- The
building also includes a meditation
room.
- Murli
class will be conducted in the
building every morning.
- A public
address system that will also play
soft music.
The building is
housed in a complex. The outdoor
premises include a landscaped garden
with a sit-out area for occupants as
well as a badminton court. The
management will arrange bi-monthly
outings and picnics. Accommodation for
guests is available on the payment of an
appropriate charge. |

Q: What health
facilities do you offer? |
| A: We offer a
dispensary staffed by nurses round the
clock. Consultants may be called in from
the nearby Trauma Centre and Ophthalmic
Hospital, whenever required. Medications
for ailments like cough, cold, flu etc
will be dispensed by the dispensary.
However, special medicines required for
more serious diseases will have to be
procured at the occupants' own cost. |

Q: Are there any
other amenities that I should know
about? |
A: Yes, these
are a few extra amenities you should
know about:
- The building
is equipped with a lift.
- Security
guards will be on duty 24 x 7.
- A generator
set will provide lighting and hot
water 24 x 7.
- A saloon will
offer hair-cuts at a nominal price.

Q: What will it cost to stay at the Shivmani ?
|
| A: We offer one-time deposit plus monthly charges plan as follows: |
| Recurring charges plan for standard room |
| One-time deposit Rs. 2,00,000/- per head |
| This one-time deposit is refundable without interest according to these guidelines: |
| Rs.13,000 will be charged every year per head towards maintenance charges. |
| In addition, the monthly charges are as follows: |
- Twin-sharing occupancy (per bed/head) Rs. 12,500/-
- Single occupancy Rs. 19,500/-
- Double (couple) occupancy Rs.23,000/-

| Recurring charges plan for deluxe room |
- One-time deposit Rs.4,00,000/- per head
|
| This one-time deposit is refundable without interest according to these guidelines: |
| Rs.13,000 will be charged every year per head towards annual maintenance charges. |
| In addition, the monthly charges are as follows: |
- Single occupancy Rs.23,000/-
- Double (couple) occupancy Rs.26,000/-
|
| The above expenses and deposits are subject to annual review and increase. |

Q: What laundry facilities do you offer?
|
| A: The regular changing and washing of bed linen is a part of our services.
We also launder resident's personal clothes. |
