The organisation aims to bridge the gap in essential services for senior citizens. Central to our work is total respect for the individual needs of each of our service users.

OBJECTIVES

• To ensure all the provisions and maintenance required for a hassle free and comfortable life catering the individual needs of the members.

• To provide the best possible environment of love and care to help our seniors live a Dignified Old Age.

• To encourage the seniors to celebrate and nurture life with the people around under God's Blessings.

To achieve our objectives, we strive for the following:

	Emphasis on home with a degree of "wellness" not illness.
	Ensuring integrity, self-respect and privacy of all service users  and promoting independence whenever possible.
	Adoption of team approach among residents and staff.
	Provision of appropriate activities and exercises in keeping with the age of the individual.
	Regular communications between staff, service users and their relatives.
	To offer support and counselling.
	Liaison with medical staff, support groups and voluntary workers who may be associated with service user care.
	Provision of an orientation programme for new staff and in-service training for all staff.
	Promotion of a safe working environment within the home.
	The introduction of a staff appraisal evaluation system and good communication to ensure staff are kept informed of changes of policies within the home.
